We moved out of state before the closing and they were able to get the rest of any odds and ends we might need to close on our closing date and they did a mail away closing for us so we would not have to return, with a wire transfer for our proceeds! They made us feel so comfortable during the entire process and ensured that this was the easiest real estate transaction I have ever completed! THANK YOU!!

They were recommended by Dave Ramsey as an ELP. Our home sold in less than 24 hours. I was given updated information on a regular basis. We closed less than a month from the offer. My wife and I wanted to move from Nevada to Tennessee but didn't want to sell our home and rent in Tennessee while shopping for a new home. Our biggest fear was trusting someone to be our eyes and ears and help us find our dream home. We were blessed to find Sandra and Mike Singleton.
