Ted was born and raised in Santa Barbara and is a fifth generation native. After graduating from UCSB Ted was accepted into the legendary William Morris Agency mailroom where he remained for 17 years becoming cohead of the Adult Contemporary Music Department, responsible for routing and negotiating tours for major artists nationwide. Ted was lucky enough to be able to move back to Santa Barbara 16 years ago where he developed homes in Montecito, Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez. Now specializing in Montecito, Summerland and Carpenteria homes. Ted is "local knowledge, earned".
