I used Cherrie to sell a house, and then the next year I used her to buy my home. I have the utmost confidence in her. Cherrie is easy to communicate with, always timely in returning calls/texts. She has a great understanding of the real estate market, and knows just what your house needs in order to show well. She has a lot of sound advice based upon her vast experience, not to mention the crews and staff she uses are top-notch too. When searching to buy a property, she really paid attention to my priority want list, and found me my dream home. I can't say enough great things about Zach & Cherrie. I recently lost both my parents in a short amount of time and needed to sell my childhood home. Needless to say this was a heartbreaking situation. Zach handled it with the utmost care and respect. I also live out of state and Zach was above and beyond with communication and helping handle matters at the home on my behalf. He delivered 100% of what he said he would do and this was the best real estate transaction I've ever had.

Zach was extremely helpful in my endeavor to buy my first home. As a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions and there was a lot I did not know about the process, and he explained everything and was always very open and responsive to working with me. It felt like a team effort, which was great, because the process can be a lot when you're new to it. I was really impressed by his responsiveness and availability/flexibility. Just as an example - I contacted him about a property I wanted to see on a Thursday night and that Sunday he was already going to two open-houses with me. I had never worked with him before. We would text late in the evening while bidding on the home I ended up buying... Just overall, very available and gets the job done.

I honestly can’t say enough on how great it was to work with Cherrie and Zach. We had a horrible experience with a local realtor and when I got referred to Cherrie I was in need of someone to be able to come in quick and get it done while also presenting her with an abnormal request from the previous realtor. She took us and that request on without hesitation and sold our house 15K over ask in the first week, and when that buyer had an emergency she sold our place again for the same amount over ask again the next week. She navigated us through a very unique escrow experience and we ultimately closed and she got it done and we finally moved! The entire time she was awesome, had great communication and most importantly we trusted her. I also made a forever friend!

5 star service on both ends (selling & buying)!! There wasn't an issue Cherrie didn't have a solution for. From prepping our house for sale, to finding the perfect home for us to move to, Cherrie was with us every step of the way and covered all bases. She's knowledgable, patient, a real go-getter. Our son also used her to sell his house. This family will never use another real estate agent, in fact we consider her part of the family now. Look no further, you're in good hands with this one!

Wow, what a team. I didn’t know what to expect after having such a good meeting with Purple Bricks in the area. But still a little wary of that model so was referred to Cherrie and Zach by a close friend. Glad I was because they were both so great honest and personable.
