When we decided to sell our house, we already knew we wanted Michelle to handle the sale. She had actually been our realtor when we moved to College Station in 2015. So we knew that she would work hard to find the best home for us. Her efforts as the selling realtor helped us to exceed our quest for a great price on our home. In just 37 days we closed on this house after receiving 3 offers. I really feel that it was her marketing and knowledge of the local market that allowed this to happen. I can not recommend her enough!

Michelle was great to work with. Michelle was always on time to showings. I know she had to be frustrated with us going back and forth of trying to decide what we were going to do but she never showed it. If Michelle did not have the answer she would say but would get the answer in a short period of time. It was great working with her. Especially during this changing time with COVID precautions.
