Andy was so awesome! He helped us find our first house in the horrible market we live with today. Throughout the whole process he was so helpful and supportive with finding the house for us. Even when the house we thought was ours but didn’t work out, he helped us through it and didn’t let us get discouraged. I met Andy about a year and a half prior to the sale of my house, I went to his place of business and talked about the possibility of selling my house. When finally that time came I let him know I was ready to sell near the end of 2021, he couldn't have been more helpful, patient, upfront and honest, in dealing with me and the sale of my house. And he was able to sell my house for more than what 3 other realtors had said I could get for the house. Andy is one of the hardest working individuals I've had the pleasure of knowing. He went out of his way to find and show homes to my wife and I, in most cases in the evening after we were off of work for the day. He stuck it out with us for over eight months, showing home after home until we found the one that we had to have.
