WHO IS THIS FOX GUY?
Hi, I’m Lloyd.
Owner and Founder of 1912 Realty and Real Estate Licensee since 2001; I’m a proud graduate of the University of Arizona (’90). I was sales trained heavily in the corporate world where I represented pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies and finished as a VP of Sales. Always interested in the real estate industry and market, I made it my career where I work for my clients and myself.

I have lived in most of the valley’s unique and diverse cities. Scottsdale, Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, and Cave Creek are all places I've called home. I’ve also coordinated extensive corporate employee relocation work throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. These personal experiences provide a tremendous base of applicable area knowledge you can use to your advantage. Listening to and understanding client’s needs are the most important tools for long-term client success. You’ll know the place for you when you see it. I’m here to make sure it’s a sound and well-negotiated decision. The experience you have is what I’ll be judged by.
WHY GIVING BACK IS A WAY OF LIFE
Giving back in every facet of life is a passion for me. I’ve served on many boards for my alma mater; The National Board of Directors for the Alumni Association for 11 years and a past Chair, and then serving on the University of Arizona Foundation Board of Trustees for 7 years. Since then I've continued to mentor others through the Wildcat Mentor Society and was named Mentor of the Year in 2023.
WHEN I MAKE THE TIME FOR FREE TIME
My family, my love, my passions in that order. I love my family and friends and time with them is a necessity. My wife, Carrilee, is the love of my life and she's the biggest support I could ever have. We spend every minute we can together and love all our adventures in life. Learning and creating is so much fun and keeps me sharp. Having a growth mindset is key to consistently improving who I am and how I impact others.

The buying process was great with Lloyd Fox... we would recommend him as an agent without question. He helped us tremendously in identifying we wanted - all we came with was "need to move to Phoenix and need to downsize" but no real clue of size or neighborhoods or features to seek. Lloyd guided us to look at different options in various areas, all within specific price ranges that fit our parameters (the only "known" in our equation). He showed a keen understanding of the market, was able to boost or temper our expectations, and was skillful in both explaining and executing the buying and bidding with homes we wanted to negotiate on. After the decision was finally made and the property was in our hands, he was quite helpful in recommending quality vendors and services when we needed things done for our purchase and we didn't know who in the area to call. His recommendations for key contractors (specifically electric, plumbing and handy people) worked out well, and his guidance through the difficult purchasing process made things smoother.

During the past year our family has been involved in three real estate transactions with Lloyd Fox. Two of these were home purchases for our daughters in Gilbert and Scottsdale while the third was the sale of our condo in Tempe. I have never had the privilege of working with such an efficient realtor in past home purchases and sales. From day 1 Lloyd was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The first day we met with him we walked through a house my husband and I really liked. After informing Lloyd about what we were looking for he knew this probably wasn't going to be our forever home, and I am so glad we didn't purchase that home. Lloyd did a wonderful job for me when I sold my home. I actually left the state for 10 days on the same day my home sold knowing everything was in good hands while I was gone. Lloyd worked with me step by step to make my entire move a smooth transition right on schedule.

I have to admit that at first I was not impressed with Lloyd because I thought he was negative about purchasing property in the surrounding hills of Phoenix (who wouldn't want to look down on the city lights). However I found that his negativity was justified when all the properties seemed to be land locked so we changed our objectives . Lloyd found us a number of great homes to look at and had many helpful observations and suggestions. It also helped that he has experience with building a home so he could draw upon the possible drawbacks especially in today's housing market. Overall I enjoyed my experience with Lloyd
