Within 2 years, the Team helped us find our perfect "beginner's" vacation home, and then successfully helped us to sell same home enabling us to move into what is now our permanent home. Tom and his Team evaluated our home, provided guidance for how to best show our home, contracted for fabulous listing pictures, set an on target price, and then listed on a Friday. Three days later, had an offer which turned into a sale. Tom assisted with follow up to correct buyer's concerns. Closing was nearly effortless.
