Nick was recommended by my husband and I can say we gave him a run for his money. He showed us 10+ houses in three months and wrote multiple offers which I thought was amazing to see from a realtor. Nick did a great job selling our home for us and helping us in our purchase of a new home! Nick went above and beyond to make sure that our home was prepared and properly staged for its sale! He also worked very closely with us to work out a deal on the purchase of our new home and helped us arrange a very smooth closing process on both homes. Nick is willing to go above and beyond to answer questions for you and get you in contact with anyone you may need to contact. I have worked with a few different realtors who tend to not answer their phone or answer your questions in a timely manner...not Nick! He returned my phone calls as soon as he possibly could....sometimes even in between his already scheduled meetings. He was very timely on getting us information and getting paperwork taken care of. He also worked very well with the buyer's agent to keep us informed of the next step in the process. Now that my family is in our new home, Nick even cleaned out a driveway of a neighboring property that he is selling as the owner is in another state...again going above and beyond what is expected of a realtor. Right from the start I was happy that we chose Nick to be our realtor. This was the first time we had ever sold a house. He was so great and patient when explaining every detail from beginning to end. Even with his busy schedule, he made us feel like his number one priority. He made the selling process a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.. I am alone with our 3 children for almost 7 months out of the year while my fiancé is working, so I was very thankful for Nick! I am so excited to work with him again, this time to buy a home!
