Go no further. Jeff is your guy! He really cares, and wants to see you get a place that really works for you. The seller accepted my offer, which was 20,000. less because of Jeff. Why? The seller's agent respected and trusted Jeff to stream line the closing process quickly, professionally and with a top notch team of lender, title people etc. Jeff also suggested I write a letter to the seller, which also helped.

Jeff cares, has high integrity and is responsive. His vast experience saves money in inspections, etc.. He can accurately assess strengths and weaknesses of a property. He is a an excellent creative negotiator who offered less money that I was willing to spend.

He wants to see you get into a property that feels right and works for your aesthetics and sensibilities, beyond just checking all the boxes. Somehow, I was able to buy a dream home at a reasonable, "beer budget" price. You'll want Jeff representing you in all your transactions. I am most grateful for Jeff!

We worked with Jeff purchasing our first home together in the Bay Area.

When we interviewed realtors we talked to three and were immediately impressed by Jeff's professionalism, warm personality, and all the wonderful characteristics that make him a good teacher.

Jeff helped us get into contract with our favorite listing 2 weeks into the home shopping process and through our first offer. He is very knowledgeable of the Oakland market condition and has great ideas to navigate both the pricing and negotiation process. I can't imagine how much more hassle the home buying process would be for us without Jeff.

I've worked with Jeff on both the purchase and sale of a new home in Oakland. On the purchase side, I knew Jeff was great, but it was only after working with another realtor on a subsequent purchase that I realized how truly skilled Jeff was in not only getting us into a great home but making the process smooth, predictable and stress free. On the sale side, Jeff has a true mastery of the market and has strong knowledge of the steps that need to be taken both pre- and post- listing to reach a great sale outcome. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone buying or selling in the East Bay, particularly those who do not want to be consumed by all details of buying and selling, and would prefer to rely on the expertise of a skilled advisor.

My wife and I feel very fortunate we had Jeff as our real estate agent for our first home purchase. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. He responds quickly and is extremely knowledgeable about east bay. He provided valuable insight into each neighborhood we looked at, and knew a great deal about the integrity of the homes we visited. When we first started working with Jeff, we thought his estimates on the sale price of the houses we were looking at was too high. After watching a few houses sell and being outbid, we discovered his estimates ended up being pretty accurate, and we finally embraced the reality of the bay area real estate market. My wife and I referred to this as the Jeff-stimate which is far more accurate than the Zestimate. Not only did Jeff help us navigate the turbulent bay area market, but he also helped connect us with a wide range of professionals to help us with things after the purchase of the house. Overall, I had a great experience with Jeff on the sale of our single family home located in Oakland CA over the past few months. The property had a fair amount of challenges, which included foundation and roof replacement and a substantial amount of repairs, due to several years of deferred maintenance. Jeff, worked tirelessly to get us bids from local contractors , and come up with practical and creative solutions whenever we ran into challenges while renovating the property. After a couple of offers fell through due to buyers’s concerns over the big out of pocket expense to replace the foundation, Jeff brought us an offer, which was even higher than the two that had fallen through. I would be glad to recommend Jeff for his negotiation skills, diligence, experience and creativity in tackling whatever challenges come his way.

Jeff helped me buy my first house and I highly recommend him. He helped my buy a nice single family home for less than 5% over asking price which is good in the Bay Area and especially in the Oakland Hills area.
