Our vacant land parcel had been on the market over one year. Then we gave Annie the listing. She showed the property about two days later and obtained a signed contract to purchase. Wow, that was fast and showed it was a matter of finding the right buyer. Great job Annie! Very pleased with Annie’s marketing and results!! Highly recommend.
