Reed Pirain

First, a big 'hats off' to real estate appraiser Scott Churchill for recommending Reed Pirain and the PPM Realty team. Scott appraised my mother's house in Upper St. Clair, and when I asked for the name of a good realtor, he gave me a great one.

From my first phone call I could tell I was in good hands with Reed and his team. He answered all of my questions, even some I hadn't asked but were important to the transaction. Each time I called or emailed, Reed got back to me within an hour or two. What a pleasant surprise that was!

Reed found a buyer for me very quickly, and with excellent administrative help from Leslie of the PPM Realty team, I was able to close in good stead. I've had a fair amount of experience with realtors over the years - some good, some not so good - but my experience with Reed Pirain and PPM Realty has been the best ever.
