Eduardo Ledesma, began his Real Estate career in 1995 at the tender age of 21 and has hit the ground running ever since. With over 20 years of Real Estate experience, and holding a Real Estate license in California, Eduardo quickly became the forerunner for real estate success in the East Bay.

He graduated from Albany High School in 1992. Eduardo is involved in multiple facets of the Real Estate industry; he deals with short sales, foreclosures, investors, contractors, and gives top-notch service to buyers and sellers, of which they can attest to.

In addition to his impressive resume, Eduardo has also helped many clients become free from millions of dollars of debt in some of America's hardest times by personally negotiating on their behalf with some of the world's largest banks, such as, Bank of America, Citi Bank, Wells Fargo, to name a few.

In 2009 Eduardo also became a Real Estate Auctioneer and is now a Homebids Certified Agent selling homes in 7 days with only 1 open house and receiving multiple bids while saving homeowners thousands in commission.

Eduardo's aggressive, go-getter attitude but responsible and respectful manner has helped him secure long-lasting clients and relationships nationwide.

I first connected with Eduardo in early 2025 as a first-time homebuyer. We actually had an accepted offer on a condo shortly after, but after further inspections and review, it became clear that the property had issues with the complex and it ultimately was not the right fit. Although disappointing at the time, I appreciated that Eduardo truly looked out for my best interests instead of just trying to close a deal.

After taking a break from looking, I restarted the process again in March 2026. Eduardo immediately jumped back in to help and guided me through every step of the process. This transaction involved financing questions, HOA requirements, balcony inspection concerns, inspections, and a multiple-offer situation, but Eduardo stayed proactive and involved from beginning to end.

He was patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. I especially appreciated how thorough he was and that he always made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. I would absolutely recommend Eduardo to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated real estate professional.

Eduardo has been so patient with us as first time home buyers. There is never any feeling of pressure or frustration, as we have heard from other first time home buyers with other firms.
