Leslie has lived in the Bay Area for over twenty years. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley and holds a master’s degree in Natural Resources Management. The process of buying her own home and income-producing investment properties taught Leslie volumes about finance, the power of debt leveraging and how to buy for value. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dogs and mushroom hunting in the Oakland Hills.

Leslie is a great realtor. If you want someone who will look out for your best interests and fight for you, Leslie is the right person to choose. She's not your typical overly (fake) bubbly realtor, she's real and honest with you. She answers all of your questions, no matter how silly. Our house-buying experience was difficult because the seller was difficult but she navigated things for us and went above and beyond to help us get through the process as painlessly as possible. Leslie was an incredibly realistic and patient realtor to work with. Going into the market as a first time home buyer, I'll admit I was naive about what to expect, especially with how quickly the bay area housing moves. A family member mentioned to us that their friend had just purchased a house and was raving about their agent, Leslie Bandy. We set up an initial meeting with Leslie and immediately felt like we made the right choice. She was clearly knowledgeable about the Oakland housing market and was able to offer balanced and thoughtful responses to all of our questions (trust me, we had a lot of them!). Over the weeks, Leslie continued to meet with us to view homes, discuss market conditions, and talk about what our needs were. She was quick to get us disclosure packets, and moved quickly on paperwork whenever we decided to place an offer on a home. There were a few times when we were unsure of whether to place an offer on a home- we especially appreciated that in these moments, she never tried to sway us one way or another, and always listened to our opinions and concerns. Where do I even begin. Before meeting with Leslie, we were working with another agent our family recommended, which led us to nowhere. After working with Leslie, we were able to get our offer accepted for the first property we worked on with her!
