We were new to the area from Alaska and weren’t sure we were going to buy a home but Quincy was so incredibly patient and took the time to show us homes even when we weren’t sure we were going to stay for over a year. I truly just enjoyed that so much and eventually a home popped up and she was amazing through the whole process. Escrow was opened August 16, 2023 on an all cash "as is" property with no inspections or appraisals required. Sellers had disclosed that they would remove a buried fuel tank as required by EPA. This did not happen even though three closing date extensions were found necessary by the sellers. Each extension needed signed acceptance by the buyer who was unhappy with the delay. Finally on September 28, 2023 (six weeks later) escrow was closed with an addendum that the fuel tank would be removed later. This was done on Oct 2, 2023.
Quincy Anderson was the buyer's agent and was patient and calm in keeping the procedures on tract. In this tense situation she was professional and effective with all parties. I admired her consistent follow-up and her personal interest. With complete confidence I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Our family found her to be honest, conscientious, and a delight to visit with as she guided us through to the final sale. Quincy has the qualities that make a person want her to be long time friends. We've known Quincy as a friend for years as she lives in the same small town, so when the time came to list our home she was the first choice as our realtor. She aggressively marketed our home from the first weekend, working around our schedule, and kept us updated with any activity during showings. She offered to do a quick "tidy up" of our home for an unplanned showing that ultimately resulted in the sale. Quincy knows the market, she understands what the buyers are looking for and really gets to know the sellers and their expectations. Our experience could not have gone smoother.
