Carol Ann is an original-- a native of the DeSoto County area -- and has lived in Hernando her entire life! She graduated from Hernando High School and attended Northwest Community College in Southaven.
Before real estate, Carol Ann worked in the banking industry for more than 17 years. Customer service has always been a top priority for her. Building relationships with her banking clients and co-workers has impacted her real estate career more than you could ever imagine.
She is married to Kevin Maxwell and they have 2 children, Luke and Anna Kate. In her spare time, Carol Ann enjoys spending time with her family on their small farm and watching Luke and Anna Kate rodeo.

Purchasing a house for the second time was a dream. This process was arduous because I was very picky and knew what to look for inside the home to ensure my family and I got the best deal on the market. After looking at so many houses I decided to build a house instead which took about 6 months. Let's just say the whole process was easy because Carol was my voice and always answered my calls. When I didn't understand what was going on she explained things, Honestly, I'm just happy to have had a person who has Morals and is truly genuine. She exemplified who I am and took her work seriously. It's funny but Carol had to be assigned to my life because she never showed her frustrations and was always keeping me in the loop. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the school districts and what I wanted. We grew a bond which is something I'm beyond thankful for. No matter what I do I've always been taught to put God in it. Carol presented me with a gift with God holding a cross inserted inside of a plate which is beautiful for my closing.
