Hello. Thank you for taking a look at my bio. I'm a 19 year veteran in the real estate sales industry. It's been an experience that has included some very high high's and some very low low's.

It's so wonderful to help an individual, couple or family purchase a home. Taking care to ask good questions to learn what it is that they want in a home, a neighborhood, a city etc. Then being able to show options and hone in even further based on additional questions and feedback. Writing good offers and negotiating a sound contract is very rewarding. Seeing clients move in to the new home is exciting and it's what keeps me going after all these years.

Working with sellers is very similar relative to what they want out of the sale of their home. Being completely honest and straightforward in a kind and professional manner has allowed me to paint a picture of the process so that there aren't any surprises. Again, asking good questions.

Of course not all listings are based on a happy event. There are many reasons. One area of real estate that I have recently been focusing is Divorce Real Estate. There are two reasons that I have chosen to delve in to this area; protecting the credit score of both divorcing spouses and preserving their home ownership eligibility. There is a vital component relative to the real estate owned that is often overlooked. Once I realized this; I made it a mission to help more divorcing couples make better informed decisions around the 'house'.

I have a good team of professionals who help me in my real estate practice. Appraisers, Home Inspectors, Pest Inspectors, Lenders, CPA's, Attorneys, house cleaners, window washers, painter, plumbers etc. You get the idea. It would be an honor and pleasure to meet you to discuss your real estate ideas, dreams and plans.
