Renee Frank was suggested by the real estate agent whom sold us the house, as she was no longer in Las Cruces. We met with Renee and she explained her process of staging the house, a few minor upgrades, and her process. Even in a luke warm market, our house was under contract in 5 days. Renee was outstanding in all aspects of putting the house on the market, going through the process to ensure ever administrative detail was addressed, and took very good care of us getting the most for our property. We have recommended her to three other people selling their properties in Las Cruces, and all had the same great experience. If we were returning to Las Cruces we would use her as our agent!!!
