I was initially referred to another realtor. When I advised my colleague that I had met with that realtor, she said "Oh no, I found someone better." She gave me Tom's information and we met shortly after I contacted him. As per Tom's advice, I needed to fix/update some things in my home in preparation of placing it on the market. As repairs/updates were being made, Tom remained in contact with me to make sure things were going as planned. I had not yet signed anything official with him; however, that did not stop him from checking on me. Mind you, the initial realtor I met with, never contacted me after our initial meeting. Tom's knowledge of the business, his professionalism, communication, and over-all outstanding service was greatly appreciated!!
