Carine redefined what a realtor is in my eyes. previous experiences left me feeling like I was doing all the work. Carine however was really on top of her game. She ultimately found the listing I ended up purchasing, was able to work to get me more concessions, dug up answers to questions on the property, pulled all the permits and just generally was a pleasure to work with. she was always on time, friendly and remained professional but approachable through the entire process. I plan to work with her and the Front Range Team again if at all possible. Made my dream happen!

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for all the work Kim put in to help me secure my dream home. She was everything I could have hoped for in a realtor and more. Her knowledge of the process, contract negotiation skills to get me the best price, consistent and timely communication, attention to detail, and willingness to put in work (even on the evenings and weekends!) is unmatched. As a first time homebuyer, she made me feel so comfortable and confident navigating the process. Additionally, she was excellent at working with the appraisers, efficiently handled obstacles that inevitably come up throughout the process (while keeping us informed at all times), and led us to a seamless closing. If I could leave 6 stars for Kim I would. She is incredible at her job, and I feel so grateful to have her as my realtor. I truly cannot imagine working with anyone else.

Roselle at the Front Range Team excelled at making our real estate buying experience in Colorado Springs easy and great. Roselle has a strong knowledge of market/area, and helped us identify properties that were in our price range. As we were buying from another city, Roselle provided excellent service when were not in Colorado Springs, and when we visited to view properties, Roselle lined up all the desired viewings and provided stellar guidance. There is no doubt that Roselle made this experinece easy. I have yet to meet in person my Colorado buyer's agent Kim Seidel. She negotiated my offer, showed persuasive communication skills with the HOA, made sure I met deadlines, helped with the contractors, and used her contacts with local agencies. She handled the entire transaction from first electronic meet up through a post occupancy agreement. Kim cares. She made herself available returning messages, emails, and phone calls. She delivered papers when needed. Through the process, she reminded me of what I needed to avoid any purchase mistake. She negotiated a post closing occupancy agreement giving the sellers what they required while making sure I understood how it would look. I am excited about my move and am especially eager to meet the person who made this happen for me and my family, Kim Seidel.
