Debbie did a fantastic job selling our home for us. She went above and beyond to make sure that our home was listed for the best price, even consulting with an appraiser for advice because comps were few and far between. We were away for the first weeks of the listing so after each showing Debbie would go to the house and make sure that the lights were off and all doors and windows closed and locked. We were very pleased when we had multiple offers on the house within the first two weeks. Throughout the entire process, Debbie was very professional, thoughtful, and helpful, always answering our questions and offering sound advice.
