Janice was very helpful in telling me what needed to be done to the house,then she sent a personover to see if anything else needed done and when all repairs were completed it went on market and sold within three weeks .
She has a great attitude ,is a go getter, and handled everything that needed to be done to complete the sale. Once the offer was in and home appraised it was all done within one and a half months. She always answers questions one may have and to me a person could not have a better person listing a house . I'd reccomend her to anyone i know thats thinking of putting a home on the market , In all the hh omes ive sold or bought over the years this lady is the best ive seen . She gets a 10 out of 10 rating from me!!!!!!!
