Good realtors are hard to come by, especially in a competitive market. Sunny helped us bought our investment property a few months ago. Sunny's name came across through my wife coworker's referal. Sunny took the time to sit down with us and went over the entire process, escrow, explained all the different areas that we can invest based off our budget.
