Michelle has been practicing real estate since 2015. She is a passionate Realtor® who specializes in working with people who have high expectations of their agents and the results that they produce. Michelle strives to give her 100% to all of her clients, no matter what. She knows that buying or selling real estate is one of life’s biggest decisions. Michelle also understands that the whole real estate experience can have a high impact on people’s lives, which is why she works diligently, as if she were buying or selling her own property, ensuring a successful outcome.

Michelle began her real estate career in 2014 when she came to work for Mo & Farah Bani-Taba as an office manager for their previously known "Intero Lincoln" office, now Compass. At the time, Mo and Farah were Intero Franchise owners. She began to learn about real estate as she interacted with agents in the office. Michelle always wanted to work in real estate so she could help her parents achieve the American Dream of owning a home as well as for her and her future family. Her parents, who are immigrants, worked to provide for Michelle and her sister, giving them what they did not have while growing up. Within a year of working in the office, she knew that she loved what Realtors® do and could make a difference in individuals' lives; therefore, she decided to apply for her real estate license. Michelle took her test and passed it on the first try. She was so excited to begin her new career and work to help people. The feeling one gets after making a difference in someone’s life is one that cannot be explained. This is why she always strives to treat everyone like family and input her full effort to support each client as they find their dream home. Michelle has always had the dream of helping others fulfill their real estate needs.

In my situation it was hard and a process but she was always there to help me and motivate us, never did she gave up on helping us, she was always there for me and my family. She will always answer my text or calls at anytime , she will also answer Ten-thousand questions I had. She is very helpful supportive and super patient with her clients. Above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to Michelle!! It took my husband and I longer than usual to find a home. We had a couple of set backs throughout the process and each time Michelle was right there waiting for us and ready to show us homes as soon as we got situated. When it came down to financing we went through a couple of lenders before Michelle referred us to Diana Legaspi who really made it happen for us as well. Every time there was a home we were interested in she always looked into the area and the neighborhood and did always did extra on what she could find on the home. We have kids so she would even tell us if there was a home that was on a main or busy street and we would automatically avoid going to look at that one. Each home we made offers on I would ask her for her opinion she would give it to me and it honestly helped us make our decision. Its a tough market so we did put multiple offers before we found our home, but on each offer we made she made them strong. Even when we felt discouraged after multiple offers not getting accepted she kept telling us don't give up. We were indecisive on which city we wanted to live in and each time we changed our minds she still drove between both cities to show us homes. We are so happy with our home and I can't thank Michelle enough! Anyone who is interested in buying a home I highly recommend Michelle!

Michelle was a great help with our first tine home. She is knowleadgable and was always there every step of the way till closing time. She drove a distance to show us homes we were interested on no matter day of the week. Also was available and willing to explain things in details and way I understood since it was my first time purchasing and going through escrow. I highly recommend Michelle Ribio for anyone searchikg for their dream home. She was able to deliver my dream home in Hollister. Also as a person she is caring and sweet.

Michelle is definitely an amazing realtor. Through the full process, it was very noticeable that she is very passionate about her career and help fulfilling the needs of her clients.
