From the very start he was very professional and knowledgeable about the area, the different neighborhoods, schools and safety which was very important to me because I was new to the area.

He updated me with daily on listings, sending suggestions for review and did thorough tours and expertly handled negotiations when my schedule got hectic. He has always given me the "Top Priority" treatment and has never let me down. He fulfills all his promises, always gives plenty of helpful suggestions for guidance and goes above & beyond the call of duty for his clients.
He is "Always Available" with any situation, for any answers I may need, an immediate request to see a property or just for overall follow up.

Adrian had a great relationships with other agents in the area as well as varied loan contacts and worked really hard for me to secure a early closing date.

In the end Adrian really helped me find my Dream Home within my time Frame.

Adrian is really awesome and professional! He is a hard charger, negotiation skills are threw the roof and is excellent when it came to understanding what we wanted. When we looked at our "soon to be home", we fell in love with it right away and so did our 1 year old son. Adrian was very familiar with the local surroundings and knew that convenience was very important. Every step of the way during the "home buying" process, Adrian kept in contact with us. Even when things started to get a bit stressful when we were going through those "offer stages" he kept us motivated and positive. His response time was awesome! Now we are in our new lovely house where our 1 year old can run around the backyard until his legs get tired!

I generally don't write reviews, but you gotta give credit where credit is due. Adrian set me up with an investment property in Antioch. This transaction was a mess from the start and only got worse. It was headache after headache, but then everything lined up, Adrian knocked it out. He took all the issues head on, was always very positive, and did a fantastic job at giving me peace in the chaos ( I'm a control freak). I'm going to pick a couple more up in that area at the beginning of next year, and I wouldn't trust anyone but Adrian. Well done buddy!

Met, signed the contract, closed the deal. Everything in total is done smoothly within two months. This is my first home purchase and I literally didn't know what to expect until I met Adrian. During our first meeting, Adrian walked me through each step involved in home purchase with great details. Later down the road, he joins me in every open houses with patience. One of the best thing about Adrian is his responsiveness. No matter what the clock says, Adrian is always available to answer my questions within minutes. Once we are in contract, he promptly handles every single situation professionally. Which leaves me nearly nothing to worry about. Adrian helped me earlier this year when I purchased a small home in Pinole, because I was downsizing homes due to difficult circumstances at the time. I want people looking at these reviews to know that Adrian is a really good person. I have to admit, I was probably tough to work with because of the time that I was going through, but he was always so positive and encouraging. We actually developed a friendship in the process and still keep in touch. I'm really thankful he kept emailing/calling me to "follow up" even if I blew him off a few times, sorry Adrian lol! It was a total pleasure to work with Adrian and the Delphi team. He was very friendly, communication/response was fantastic, and they really go above and beyond for you. Adrian still keeps in touch, and has even set me up with a plumber, electrician, and lawn maintenance, because we had talked about it during the buying process. He helped my mom and I buy a home in Walnut Creek, because our lease was ending on our apartment, but we knew it made more sense to just buy a place if we're pre-approved through our bank. He's really sweet and funny, which made the process super enjoyable! I was blown away because we found a place within a week and the deal closed in 20 days!!
