We wanted a river front home with acreage, not a easy task, but she managed it. We where coming from the north so Jillian took care of all the things we needed , lawyers, inspectors, etc for us. She guided us though the bidding process and knew what the true value of the house so we didn’t over pay. She even keep track of everything so when the seller tried to pull a fast one she had our backs. Even at the closing when things where broken at the walk through she had our back with a warrant policy. Great agent would use her again in a heartbeat.

Jillian was always available to answer any questions we may have had in regards to purchasing a new home. She helped us to explore all possibilities and finally we decided on a new build. We just closed on 4/23/2019....could not be happier. Her patience and ability to calm our fears allowed us to make the right choice.
