Todd was amazing! Buying a house can be one of the most stressful things you can do. I had just moved to the Nashville area and my sister is a very good relator in Florida and the only one I had ever known. I was not sure what to expect. I kept my home in Florida and this was my second home, which adds so many complexities in terms of financing and the mortgage. Todd was so patient and became a trusted advisor so quickly in the process. He was knowledgeable about the properties and the area, which is a must for someone new to the area. He always offered sound advice without being pushy and advice that was backed by expertise. The process did not go smoothly by any means, but he always stepped in to help even when his part of the transaction seemed to be the only thing going smoothly. He was a great advocate on our behalf with the seller. My appraisal came back under the asking and he didn't back down from getting us the absolute best price for our house. We finally closed on the house and he gave us the nicest gift at closing and finished the gift with our very first framed picture of us with our two boys standing on the steps of our brand new home forever home that we could not wait to move in to! I would highly recommend Todd to anyone looking for a top notch relator that truly cares about his clients. Five stars! I would give him more if I could.

Todd was great. He was very patient with me and my husband. He had a difficult task at hand trying to find us a home in a different state. He went above and beyond to help us with all our questions, concerns and answers that we needed through out our move. He was very personable and made us feel comfortable. He always made himself available no matter how many times I texted or called him. I would recommend Todd to anyone looking to buy a home. He will do a great job at helping to find you your perfect home.

If you are looking for a honest, dependable, kind, trustworthy realtor than Todd is who you need in your corner! We have used him twice now and have referred many others to him. He is very easy to work with and truly keeps you informed about your house. He will go to bat for you with a builder and help counsel your crazy when your beyond frustrated with your buying process. He is honest and you definitely do feel he cares about what your saying. He has become a friend to us as well and we would not use anyone else.

When we bought this condo six years ago, Todd was our agent. He bent over backwards to help up get into our new home. We had some financing issues because the property was not FHA eligible but he worked tirelessly to help us with the process and we were able to purchase our condo. Fast forward to 2021. Things have changed and life moves on so it was time to sell our, once beloved condo. We first contacted the agency that he was working for back then and found out that he had moved on so we found Todd via a Google search and once again engaged his services. We were not disappointed! He came out and did an eval. We were moving out so he had a blank slate to work with. He brought out his professional photographers and they made the place look even more awesome than it actually is. We had multiple offers and within 72 hours of listing we have a firm offer. Todd got us a lot more money than we expected because he knew the market a whole lot more than we thought we did. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Todd and his associate for your real estate needs.

Todd Grubaugh is an outstanding realtor and over all helpful dude. He makes the buying and selling process so easy and understandable. I really appreciate how real he is with something and helps set proper expectations.

Story time:

The first day I met with Todd to look at a house, we went to go see a farm type house with a barn. The house was a disaster and Todd advised us move on to the next house. Before we left, I thought we check out the barn out of curiosity. So we go about an acre into this field to the barn and out comes a bull! He starts bucking at us and is mad we were there. Todd out of nowhere rodeo clowns this thing away from us, giving us the chance to leave unscathed.

Todd literally saved my family and I from a bull mauling the first day we met. Never using another realtor ever again and neither should you!

We were living in CA and relocating to the Nashville area. We reached out to . Todd on line and we were so lucky we did! On our trip to Nashville Todd dedicated the 24 hours we had (even late in to the night and early the next morning) to showing us homes he carefully picked out for us. He knew exactly what we were looking for and did not waste our time with anything but serious contenders. He is so knowledgeable that at a new home development he was directing the staff when they could not answer our questions. Todd has a gift of being able to really connect with people - where only after one day we truly felt like he had our best interest at heart. When we found the home we wanted he helped us make the appropriate offer and seemed as excited as we were when the offer was accepted. He does an amazing job of quick follow through, thorough instructions and knows real estate inside and out. Finally, even through out the entire escrow period Todd was just as engaged and prompt with replies to any questions we had. If you want a professional, aggressive agent that has amazing people skills - then Todd is the one. We would do any future real estate business with Todd for sure.

Todd was there for us every step of the way. The story starts in February 2017 when we contacted Todd and contracted him to find a home for us . I was recently relocated to Tennessee from West Virginia for work and really did not have any spare time looking for a home. Todd found a a beautiful place in Cheatham but that deal fell thru because of the housing market in West Virginia at the time.
We were able to finally sell our place in West Virginia and that brought us to where we are today closing on our new home in Smyrna, thanks to Todd! Way to go!!!

We have now used Todd 2 times to help us find our house. Todd is great to work with he knows a lot of things and will point out good and bad things about a house that you might have missed while looking at it. We looked at so many houses this last time probably over 30 and Todd was with us at each one as we tried to find the right house for us. Todd will bend of backwards to help with what you need which is why we will always use Todd in the future and recommend Todd to whoever we know looking to purchase or sell their house. Oh yeah he SOLD our house in 1 day!!!
