Like many military families, we were in a position where we lived out of state and needed an experienced realtor to lead us through the process and be there for our needs each step of the way. Dawn was more than that and more...way more. Any time an issue arose, I would call Dawn to discuss options and she would've already addressed it with the buyer's realtor. She was fair but firm the entire time and always had our best interests in mind, but never had a mindset to gouge a buyer. We could not have asked for a better realtor in Dawn and I only wish she lived in TX so we could utilize her services in buying our next home. BEST REALTOR EVER!!!
