We would have been lost without Larena!! From the first time we met, it was like we had known each other forever. She handled our heart-breaking situation with compassion. She was never pushy - she explained all the options & what the outcome would be with each one. Lorena's response time to questions was immediate - whether she was asking or answering. She put the aspects of the paperwork into layman's terms so I was not overwhelmed with the details, and her attention to the details was remarkable! There are not enough good things I can say about her - she goes above & beyond & is a wonderful person!

She found a home that was on the market for 3 hours and within the hour we were taking a tour of the home and filled out the bid that evening. Larena did a wonderful job of helping us buy our new home. She patiently showed my husband and me our future home three different times! (We were nervous!) When our initial offer wasn’t accepted she negotiated, along with the other realtor, and got us to a compromise. She even met me at the house after the offer was accepted to help me set up painters and carpet layers for after the closing. I would highly recommend her!

Bob & I decided to sell our home in Rural Valley and move to Virginia near our daughter & son-in-law in Jan. Without hesitation we were lead by a friend to Larena Mazurek. Knowing Larena at one time from the area ,we knew she could and did help us.
Larena walked us step by step through all the paper work, from the listing to closing. She held our hand the whole way...
Larena took pictures of our home that people thought they were taken by a professional.

Larena is the ultimate Professional. After getting to know our home and thoughtful planning with pictures and descriptions, she listed our home on the West Penn Multilist and within less than 12 hours she had 10 calls for requests to see our home. We accepted an offer with 6 days, never would I have ever believed she would've been able to accomplish that in such a short time. Larena handle the entire experience with grace and professionalism.
