Relocating from Florida to Georgia as a first time homebuyer was a trying experience, but my realtor Frances made the process less harrowing. Sylvia is my mom. Just saying that up front. The house went under contract during the Covid 19 scare and the loan for our property fell through several times as the lender made changes at the last minute. She stayed cool and worked around every issue. With only a slight delay in closing, she managed to hold it together with the lender, the buyers and the sellers on two homes and coordinate this deal to the closing table. (Which was a drive through closing with everyone wearing masks and gloves). This will go down as one of the strangest closings in history. But, thanks to mom, and her vast knowledge in real estate, this deal closed and we are now in our new home.
