Jacob was tenacious. I use that word in the relation to our seller, The seller had a couple of issue that needed to be worked out. As a buyer, I just wanted the house. Jacob was instrumental in making sure that the communication lines with the seller and I were open. Working with a professional is a great way to put some of your purchasing anxiety at ease. Jacob was our agent when we purchased our house in VIctorville. He was fantastic then and fantastic selling that same home. Jacob is honest, kind and respectful, which isn't always the case when dealing with seniors. He is always available, answers your questions and handles everything. For us, he is like family, and always goes the extra mile. His staff is awesome to work with as well. Debbie was as much fun to work with as Jacob. I did refer him to a neighbor and he went to see her right away. He answered her questions as well and I believe she will be listing her home within 2 weeks. Jacob is the kind of person that you want as your Realtor. P.S. He and his father actually helped us move into the house in Victorville and took less commission to help us get into the house. Who else would do that?

Jacob was great to work with and helped us in purchasing our house. He was patient with us every step of the way. It was a crazy time in the market where it was tough for the buyers but Jacob never lost patience despite going out and looking at houses with us on nearly every Sunday for about 2 months. Very knowledgeable about the market in Oak Hills and Pinon Hills.
