She did a great job of educating my wife and I on the state of the industry and specifically in our area. In a time of rising mortgage interest rates she still formulated a plan and pulled it off. Hiedi does an amazing job at going above and beyond any other realtor I talked to. She will be on top of any paper work you get and always very helpful with any decisions you have to make. If you want some one who will actually look at the house with you and point out things you might like or might not like then she is definitely your girl. As the Trustee for my patent's estate, I needed to sell the family home to complete my duties. Heidi was recommended to me by one of the business people in Freeport, PA. I contacted her and we had a brief discussion about how she might be able to help me. We later had a meeting where she laid out a detailed plan to sell the home based on other properties that had been sold in town. hat I might expect
Heidi was very up-front about what the house was worth and what I might expect as far as time to sell the property. She also was very detailed about the costs involved with the sale of the property . I was very comfortable with her approach.
She listed the property and there was a fair offer within days of listing. I was very pleased with the overall performance and her assistance in this matter.
I would highly recommend Heidi to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Freeport area.

Before we selected Heidi Powell as our realtor we had several different realtors come talk to us about selling our home. Heidi really impressed us on the market research she did on our home to come up with the perfect strategy on selling our home quickly. She patiently answered all of our questions and concerns prior to listing. Within a few days of listing we had several offers on our home. Since we moved out of state she was there arranging and overseeing work that needed to be done on our home prior to selling. Since it was our first time selling a home we had a lot of questions and concerns she patiently answered them all and helped alleviate our stress. She was a godsend and we are very thankful for all of her help along the way. I would highly recommend her. She is an amazing realtor.

As the executor of the estate and residing in North Carolina, Heidi did a phenomenal job helping me place my mother's home on the market. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate and the communities she serves. Heidi took the difficult situation of selling my mother's home so she could move in with and made it a lot less stressful. She understood all aspects of the situation and was empathetic all around.
