Mr. Medendorp served as the general counsel and chief operating officer for a residential real estate services company that specialized in linking real estate investors with home buyers. As a result, Mr. Medendorp has the experience, both from a real estate perspective as well as from a legal perspective, to help assure that your real estate transaction is successful.

Mr. Medendorp has also had the privilege to speak on various topics on behalf of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and frequently works closely with many other realtors on varying issues and concerns.

We like the way he works...he learns what type of home we are looking for, and the kind of neighborhood we want to live in, and then sends us homes that fill that criteria. We honestly do not know what we would have done without Steve’s guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. We were from out of state, and had a limited opportunity to find and make an offer on a home. To complicate matters, Steve was a last minute agent switch. I often refer to this moment as divine intervention. I was referred to him through a family co-worker. We were searching halfway across the country and we needed an expert. We identified a home in Sarasota and Steve being in Tampa, drove down and assessed the home same day and told us this home was well worth its asking price and probably more. After diligently following his advice we won the property solely based on his expertise, his intimate market knowledge and strategy he devised for us. It certainly helps that he's a real estate lawyer and is depth and breathe of real estate matters is beyond approach. He never made me feel out of sorts and was always comfortable knowing he was doing a great job for me and my family. We found Steve to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality.
