Sandy Pisaro, a Sonoma County native who wouldn't dream of dwelling anywhere but this amazing corner of California, has been connected to the real estate industry for over nine years.

Prior to joining this industry, Sandy owned her own bookkeeping business and worked as a consultant for several local small businesses. But real estate had always been intriguing to her, so she decided to make a career change– opting for a field in which she is passionate! After managing hundreds of files as a Transaction Coordinator, she built the necessary technical skills and extensive networking required to successfully steward her own clients through the process of buying and selling real estate. Having gone through the ups and downs of the market herself, Sandy has extensive hands-on experience and a comprehensive knowledge in all kinds of sales. Couple that with her four years working as a Transaction Coordinator and numerous successful transactions over the past five years as a Realtor, Sandy is an expert in handling anything from standard sales and purchases, short sales, REO transactions, 1031 exchanges and much more.

Delivering superior client service is Sandy’s #1 goal. She is 100% committed when it comes to her clients before, during and long after the completion of their transaction. Buyer and seller clients of Sandy’s alike have come to expect only integrity, honesty, diligence and the hardest work– these qualities are of the utmost importance to Sandy and she is sure to deliver on this no matter the caliber of the transaction. Though firmly planted in Sonoma County, Sandy has begun to branch out to Lake County and Mendocino County as well as nearby Napa County. ??

When away from work, Sandy enjoys spending her time with her amazing family. She and her husband have raised four fantastic sons, and have four handsome grandsons and 3 darling granddaughters to spoil!

My ability to write a high enough recommendation for Sandy will not really do justice in expressing just how wonderful a job she did in representing me and affecting the sale of my house. She (and her husband Paul) went far, far beyond what would be expected or required of a realtor. She worked right alongside me to get the house ready for pictures and for it to be placed on the market.
She is meticulous and extremely detail oriented and exactly focused. She knows what to do, how to do it, and she DOES it.
Sandy knows markets and how to market. When first meeting her she described what she would do in marketing my house - this is why I chose her above other realtors that I interviewed. Sandy did exactly what she had promised in the initial interview. She leaves nothing to chance , and "close enough" is not good enough for her. All of our paperwork was in order - presented on time, filled out on time, and submitted on time.
Sandy provided me a detail of what was going to happen, the order of when it was going to happen, then went about making things happen just as she had detailed.
Sandy is very energetic and professional, and it is not possible to recommend her high enough. I can promise to anyone that if they sign up with Sandy, they will be very surprised at how well they are represented.
Sandy got my house SOLD - would I have her represent me again - ABSOLUTELY.
Also, Sandy almost always answers her phone or returns calls promptly.

So from the moment we meet Sandy, she was welcoming, bright, beautiful and full of energy, we knew we had the right person for us. I worked with Sandy to purchase a condo at Rohnert Park area. Sandy did a great job and she did her best to get the condo by communicating with the seller to extend the closing of the escrow because there was an issue to do that. Sandy was professional and I recommend her to my family and friends.

I had a very specific area I wanted to buy and didn’t have a large budget and she worked every day to find me listings. I was in a home in less than 3 months of working with her. Sandy Pisaro was our listing agent and represented us in the purchase of our replacement property. She did a phenomenal job with both transactions. Her response times to our many questions via phone or email was so quick we felt as though we were her only clients even though we know she had several others she was working with and she took the time to answer our questions and helped put any worries aside. Her knowledge and expertise in marketing our home made for a very swift process and we closed in under 60 days so we didn't have to deal with months and months of showing the home.
