My husband and I decided it was time to move to the next chapter and downsize. We lived in our old home for 29+ years. We needed to buy a new home with a VA Loan; sell the old home and do a refinance once we received the funding from the sale of the old home. Our wonderful friend and realtor Ike Moore linked us up with good, professional and honest people that helped us in obtaining our goals. And one of those amazing folks was Mark Baker “The Mortgage Maker”.
Mark Baker and his wonderful team Cara Chernoff and Wayne Kwasniewski made our goals possible. Let me tell you things have changed since buying our last home (29+ years ago) and what we wanted to do was overwhelming, for me. But with these folks who are at the top of their profession it all fell into place. We were treated with the utmost respect and care. Mark was honest with us and explained the different ways we could go about buying our new home. We told him we were going with a VA Loan and would refinance once our old home was sold. He understood and we moved forward. We worked with Cara and Wayne obtaining all the required documents; signed documents and received the funding needed to purchase our new home. Thank the lantas for Mark. My husband and I are in the EARLY process of buying a home. Mark told me we should run my credit and start running numbers earlier than we need. I'm so thankful we did, if it wasn't for Mark, I wouldn't have found out that someone was using my identity and I had an "outstanding" balance for something I never signed up for; it was damaging my credit.
