I had limited funds but she went to the seller and worked out a deal way over and beyond the service of a real estate agent, and I got my home. Then after many years I needed to sell that same home and she did her magic again and I was able to sell this home. I would recommend Erin for any size sale or purchase. She does what a sales professional would do to help her clients out.

Hi would highly recommend Erin. As a first time home buyer I had very little knowledge of the process. She was great through out answering any questions I had. She was very prompt for appointments and getting documents together. All in all I’d say she made a not so easy process seem pretty easy.
