My mother lost her home to a fire in Clear Lake in August, 2021. We were desperate to find her a new home quickly and reached out to several realtors on a Sunday. Joi was the first to call and she quickly understood not only our urgency, but my mother's needs in terms of home, price point and location. She had tours set up within a week and we had a new home for my mother within a month and a half! Joi provides A++ customer service. Joi helped us purchase our home and made the process very friendly. We did not have a Real Estate agent so we worked with Joi because she was the Sellers agent. Joi acted with the same integrity and honesty from the home viewing through the closing. She understood our budget and helped us through every step of the process, it never felt like we were being rushed. She makes sure to return calls and responds to texts. Joi was great about giving time and space for us to talk and make decisions, she was very professional, relaxed, and knowledgeable.
