Rita was amazing in helping us find our first home. She made sure we did not settle. During this process we had lot of anxiety knowing we were first time home buyer, but Rita and Keyvan helped us understand the process from the financial to building, design center, etc. We appreciate everything Rita and Keyvan did for us. Rita exceeded expectations throughout the entire process and was incredible through every stage of of selling our home. She was an ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time to sell a house! We felt like we were constantly “ahead of the curve” in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Rita’s thoroughness and dedication. We always knew Rita had us covered. Rita Zarghami and her team are amazing! They were so helpful in the process of finding the perfect home for my family as first time homebuyers. The Zarghami team made sure we found a home that perfectly matched our wants and needs and made the whole process easy for us. From the time we reached out to Rita till today we’ve never once felt like we were just her clients but, more like family. The Zarghami team answered every question we had and made sure that we understood every step of the process. Working with the Zarghami Team, we sold our old house, and they helped us with the purchase of our new home. Despite the distance from their offices in Humble and our community in Katy, they did not hesitate to drive down and be on location to handle and any issues. They were honest, dedicated, proactive and they delivered.
We highly recommend the Rita and Keyvan without reservation.

Mrs. Zarghami and her team are by far the best realtor and realtor team we have ever worked with to purchase a home. The process to by a home was easy and smooth. The team was very helpful in finding utility companies and any other issues we may of had. We were also contacted each week to ensure we were still having the best possible service and we thank the Zarghami team. Highly recommended!!!

From beginning to end, Mrs. Zarghami has been such a blessing to our family. She never gave up on us and through uncertain times, she kept our best interests at heart. Not only that, she made sure she found us a great space with our children in mind as well using many resources to make sure we had what we needed. By far, she has been the best realtor we’ve ever teamed up with and as an Army Veteran we have lived in many places! Simply amazing! Rita Zarghami’s team and Keyvan were super friendly and accommodating. They provided information about everything we asked about as first time homebuyers. Attention to detail on many aspects involving what to look for in our home buying process along with tons knowledge of the new construction homes. Even through COVID they remained dedicated to guiding and being present for all stages in our new construction. I would recommend Mrs. Rita one hundred times over. I was in a bind as I had to sell my house in a hurry. I entered into a contract and hadn’t listed my house.

Rita and Keyvan to the rescue. Not only did she get my house sold but did it in 3hours. Not saying they will do this every time but the effort was put forth and I got more then I originally thought I would.

A great pair and exceptional communication.

They will hold a special place in my heart and will handle my other real estate needs without question.

Once the transaction is complete, they continue to check on you as a client and person. We know for fact, as we consider Rita a very close family friend and our life long realtor. We can always rely on Rita and her team to give us very accurate information. She and her team have answered major to minor questions whether there was a sale or not. Their team sends out informative home buying information throughout the year, every year. You can definitely count on Rita and her team to put their clients first. Unknown fact: The Zarghami team takes time every year during the Christmas holidays to do a non-profit toy drive for under privileged children, in our local areas.
