Eric was the seller's agent for an older house I recently bought. I did not have a buyers agent yet he was very honest and unbiased, making certain both parties were satisfied and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. He is very knowledgeable as well about quality of construction and estimating the value of a property and has extensive experience with property management so has an eye for what would need fixing/updating. He was also very easy to contact and prompt communicator. He's professional and trustworthy and I highly recommend for any property management or realtor services.
