Words cannot express my gratitude for this lady. She was an unknown person to me and now I call her friend because no acquaintance would compare to her work integrity, care, understanding, ability to explain the chaos of selling and buying as she does. Som workers just do their job but NOT Stacey! If there’s an above and beyond, she exceeds even that. Never did I feel lost or alone in selling my Dads home after his death. Stacey HAS the work ethic, Communication (KEY trait), knowledge, and compassion ANY buyer or seller needs. Trust me, I saw how other realtors worked with their clients with my Dads house and I was NOT impressed, in comparison to Stacey. I can NEVER re-pay her for the work she’s done, so I Hope if you’ve read all this, you’d hire her to work for you!

My wife and I decided to move from Florida to Cullman to be closer to our grandchildren.
Not familiar with the area, we were advised to get in touch with Stacy Smith at “NEXTHOME LIMITLESS REALTY”. After a brief conversation with Stacy, my wife and I knew that Nexthome was the route we trusted with our future. Stacy immediately asked us several questions to get a feel for what we were looking for and we began our house search right away. Stacy was very accommodating and kept us informed and up to date as we had to go back and forth to Florida during the home search. Stacy took us north, south, east and west and literally all points in between (I really don’t think she ever slept-AND WE WERE NOT HER ONLY CLIENTS). I am not sure how many homes we looked at before we actually decided on our forever home, but I do know that every step of the way Stacy was right there keeping us informed on each home with the pros and cons, not just trying to sell but actually treating us like we were a part of her family and that she was wanting the best for us. That feeling truly resonated and made my wife and I feel comfortable in the choice we made in realtors.
