Janna has been talking with our daughter regarding real estate in Northern Idaho and recommended Janna to us. Janna spent time getting to know us and used her resources to locate properties we may be interested in, pointing out the strong and negative aspects of the various areas and individual properties. We spent a day looking at properties and she was neither pushy nor laid back - just honest with thoughts and ideas as we toured various houses.

Janna was diligent on her efforts to find us the right property. Once one was selected, she guided us through the process and was prompt when dealing with all aspects of the transaction. She was helpful scheduling inspections and follow-through. The entire process came off without a glitch.

I would not hesitate to recommend Janna to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

We met Janna in 2018 when we first came to Idaho. She was extremely gracious, helpful, informative and friendly. Meeting with her solidified our move to the Pacific Northwest. We stayed in touch until our physical move in 2020 and have been friends ever since. She has been an integral part of helping two other members in my family besides myself finding their dream homes and ours and being extremely detail oriented, hardworking, an advocate for her clients and always on top of things. There were so many moving parts when it came to closing all three escrows for our family and she does it all with such composure, grace and patience. She was always in direct communication from start to finish of the home buying process and always had a solution for any hiccup or issue that occurred. I can most confidently and proudly say that Janna is the best realtor in ID, CA and WA and I give her my highest recommendation for anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home. Her professionalism is top tier and you will not regret having her as your realtor. She is an amazing friend and I am grateful, thankful and blessed to know her and her incredible family. We met Janna when we were still exploring the idea of moving from CA to ID. We were immediately impressed with her very friendly nature, local expertise & experience in the North Idaho real estate market. She guided me with useful area information and great recommendations for loan officer, insurance agent, etc., which was very helpful. Her recommendations helped me get pre-qualified, and ready to go at a minute's notice, as soon as I found a home that I was interested in. Janna jumped on it right away and we were able to get an offer in super fast, which was imperative for the market at the time. I just made an offer on a home 10 days ago, and got the keys today! This was my family's fifth real estate experience with Janna. Every one of them have been wonderful. I appreciate Janna's expert help to make each one happen so smoothly. She is a SUPER STAR!! Janna has been nothing but amazing with selling and purchasing our home. Not only did she listen to our requests, but she also gave us a lot of insights & options to help us make the right decision. She definitely put what we want as her top priority rather than her commission. On top of that, she is licensed in three states (ID, WA and CA.) She has a great connection with our local banks and helped us secure a lower interest rate for our loan. This makes a difference! She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. Janna continues to check up on us and connect with us even after closing the contract.
