Janna has been talking with our daughter regarding real estate in Northern Idaho and recommended Janna to us. We spent a day looking at properties and she was neither pushy nor laid back - just honest with thoughts and ideas as we toured various houses.

We met Janna in 2018 when we first came to Idaho. She was extremely gracious, helpful, informative and friendly. Meeting with her solidified our move to the Pacific Northwest. We stayed in touch until our physical move in 2020 and have been friends ever since. Janna did an exceptional job selling my property! She made sure everything went smoothly. She had a great pricing strategy that resulted in multiple offers. Her expert negotiating skills included things that I wouldn't have thought of on my own, like negotiating closing date, including furniture we were selling in lieu of certain repairs, and the like. Janna was recommended to us by our son and his wife. They moved to Idaho and Janna was their realtor. My mom passed away two years ago and her house had been sitting idle bulging with contents and in no shape to put on the market. Janna flew to CA where is she is also licensed and after seeing the house listed it for me and took care of all arrangements to get the house ready to stage for showing. She worked very hard with her CA team and we were in escrow within a few days after receiving multiple offers.
