Having a real estate license in a previous state I knew we needed a seasoned, well-experienced agent to sell our home and purchase our forever home. We made the best decision in choosing Janna. Janna did an exceptional job selling my property! She made sure everything went smoothly. She had a great pricing strategy that resulted in multiple offers. Her expert negotiating skills included things that I wouldn't have thought of on my own, like negotiating closing date, including furniture we were selling in lieu of certain repairs, and the like. The professional photos came out amazing too...nice and bright (which she made sure of). Not only is she professionally adept, but she is so personable and great to work with. Janna was the best realtor we could have hoped for! She went above and beyond long before we were ready to buy in North Idaho. Janna offered advice and recommendations a full 2 years before the purchase of our house. Since she is licensed in multiple states, she explained throughly the differences between CA transactions and ID transactions. Janna is easy to talk to and always on top of all details. We feel we got the best deal on a beautiful house and property.
