I did not know Leisha prior to this home sale. She was a complete professional at every step and if there were any questions about the process, Leisha answered them quickly and completely. Very personable as well as efficient. We were in another state by the time the home went up for sale, so we depended on her completely. She did not let us down. We developed a plan on asking price early on. With the help of tradespeople that Leisha commended, we prepared the home to be fresh and new. Feedback from potential buyers and agents were extremely positive about the staging and condition of the home. Her strategy was very important and spot on. With no offers during the first two weeks, we jointly agreed to adjust the price to attract more buyers. It worked, with two offers coming in shortly thereafter. When selling and buying a home at the same time, life can be very exciting but also very stressful. Leisha Freitas was our real estate agent on the buying side. From the very start, Leisha was positive and analytical about our purchase options. Our home search took longer than normal because it took awhile to sell our Bay Area home. But she never showed frustration or started to lose interest. She stuck with us. Even with that uncertainty, she was proactive recommending and showing us properties whenever we wanted.
