I would highly recommend utilizing Troy the next time you're purchasing or selling a home. I recently was looking to purchase a new home on short notice, and Troy went above and behind finding homes in my desired location. With Troy's help, I found exactly what I was looking for in a very competitive market and was able to purchase the home considerably under the asking price. Troy was proactive through the entire process from the home search through closing and was a great resource to have on my side.

Troy was great through the whole process. He helped us find a good home, put us in touch with a great lender, and found a good contractor to install a radon mitigation system in our new home. He was available whenever my wife and I needed a question answered. He made it feel like we were his only clients. With him buying a home became a much less stressful task. We would recommend him to anyone.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The American Associates Real Estate Team stood out as the best Michigan has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.

We spoke with Troy and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Troy made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer.

Our house went under contract several days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Troy walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

I've recommended the American Associates Real Estate Team to everyone I know. Troy is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Troy was very professional and meticulous in selling our property. From the first day he gave us thoughtful suggestions on how to make our property more desirable.
