Shevaun was a great realtor. She was very knowledgeable and made sure she educated me along the way. My experience of selling and buying a home with her was one for the books. However she tried to shield me from the confusion and anguish of others in my process. Even after all was said and done she still had to fight for me because of an Attorney who did a sloppy job on filling the papers from the sell of my old house. She quickly learned my taste and personality and was able to make suggestions about different houses so that I would make the right choice in selecting a new home. I love her to pieces!!! After being outbid on numerous houses, we made the decision to build a house. Shevaun did a phenomenal job as our realtor. She went to bat for us with the company building our house, the builder, and the mortgage company! She made sure we were on track the whole time and explained everything to us as we went along. When the mortgage company caused a delay right before closing, she made sure that didn’t affect us or our bottom line. Shevaun is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood. Shevaun is such an honest and true person. She will tell you the truth even if it’s hard to hear. Whenever we had a showing she would point out the issues and areas she didn’t like that she could use to negotiate. Today is hard to find a good honest person who isn’t out to get your money and Shevaun is everything but that! She is good, loving, honest, caring and true! We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Shevaun Trifaro! We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Shevaun did a very good job on my transaction. It was an out of state forclosure that very complicated lasted over two months. Many phone calls, emails, faxes,texts, wire transfers etc. we're required but she stuck it out and got it closed.
