Dana was great! She found plenty of great options based on my parameters, and was amazingly quick to respond, set up showings, answer questions etc. On more that one occasion she pointed out or researched and found things that steered me away from a few lemons! Inspections, negotiating repairs, staying after my lender all were not a problem for me, she took care of it. She also stayed on me to get my stuff done, signed and more! I highly recommend Dana if you are looking for a home in Charlotte.

Dana was so awesome with my whole house buying process. She was there every step of the way, anything I needed she would be there. Any questions I had she would answer and if she didn't know the answer she would find out. This was my first time buying a home and I was very naive to a lot of things just because I didn't have any experience with the home buying process. Even after I purchased the home there was things that weren't resolved and she continued to make sure everything was getting done as it was supposed too. I would definitely recommend her to anyone going through the home search process. She is very knowledgeable and very willing to do anything to help. She also doesn't mind having the necessary conversations with people that could be awkward on the buyers end to have. I'm very thankful for all she did with my home buying process and going forward she will be my realtor with any future home buying.

I highly recommend Dana when selling your home. I needed to do some updates to my house prior to selling it. She gave me some recommendations that would provide me the best value for the updates, and it paid off.

Once listed, Dana used her deep knowledge of the market to recommend an aggressive price and provided all the tools needed to sell the home quickly - 360 tour, brochures, etc.

The house sold within 48 hours and for exactly the appraised value.

Again, I would highly recommend Dana for your Real Estate needs.

My husband and I absolutely LOVED working with Dana. She impressed me right from the beginning with her honesty and helpful (but never remotely pushy) personality. She was so flexible and worked with our schedules to show us properties all over town. When we decided to put in an offer on a property, she made it happen even though she was on vacation at the time. She could have had someone else step in, but she stuck with us every step of the way. She is prompt in responding to all forms of correspondence and just an all-around fun lady to work with. She even paid to have our new condo cleaned before we moved in! I highly recommend Dana to any buyer or seller looking for a realtor in the area.
