She also was quick to follow up on all steps of the buying process insuring that all snags were resolved as quickly as possible - these snags were not her fault or responsibility yet she made the phone calls and e-mails. Rainy provided market information for 2-3 years before we were ready to sell the house. Major issues were found on inspection and Rainy coordinated repair and communicated timing to us and the buyers. We also had two failed contracts that she worked thru before finding a buyer. She also sold house within her given timetable and at a good price.
