Our house was sold FAST. She gave great advice on what repairs need to be made make the house sell faster. We did the recommended repairs inexpensively. The agent did a great job decorating our house and took great photos. The house saw over 50 showings in just 3 days and scored more than 10 offers. She handled all the negotiations and follow-ups and we got the best deal out these, which is much higher than our expectations. The selling was made so much easier for us. Highly recommend!
