It isn't always the easiest to know when someone genuinely has your best interest in mind. When purchasing a home especially, I was very weary of this happening going into this process. After only a couple conservations and meetings with AJ did I realize he only had my wife and I's best interest. Aj not only helped us see home quickly and thoroughly anytime we asked. At all times of the day. He also steered us away from bad situations, and went to bat for us when we needed him to. So, we found our perfect home. As first time homeowners, we did not have much knowledge of how the process of buying a house worked. Aj was recommended to me after having a not so great experience with another agent. My home purchasing experience made a complete 180! He took down all the things I was looking for in a home and got me in touch with a lender that was able to reduce my interest rate by 1.5%! Just for reference, I was already working with a lender who offered me a much higher rate.

I’m a first time home buyer and was afraid of the process because I heard it was a strenuous and long process. With Aj, I found a home I love, he worked hard on the terms of the offer, kept in touch with the seller’s agent, and got my offered accepted. He’s also very personable and easy to reach.

I’m writing this review in the 2nd day in my new home. I highly recommended anyone looking for a home in Nebraska and want a seamless experience to get in touch with Aj!
