As with most home buyers these days, we started off utilizing Zillow and Realtor.Com, looking for properties in the Mesa, Colorado area. The listing agent on one was Nathalie Ames. She promptly made herself available and we visited the property. After spending a hour with Nathalie, a relationship was formed and she began to look for the property we were seeking. Within a few days, she called and had found some acreage that wasn't yet listed, but soon to go on the market. Within 24 hours, we were under contract. It is important to say at this point... a local agent that is very well connected is invaluable and Nathalie is that person. Zillow and Realtor.Com are great tools, but they will never reveal all the properties that are available. Through the rest of the process, including the coordination of two Title Companies, involving a contingency on the house we were selling, Nathalie was very responsive and had all the knowledge to successfully navigate us through the process. We now own a beautiful piece of property and will begin building soon. Thank you Nathalie!!! The wife and I HIGHLY recommend her!

We had not much luck selling our 35 acres near Grand Mesa for several years. we were referred to Natalie as some one who lived in the area. Natalie made the entire process seem effortless. Her comments on how the prepare the home for the promotional video, photos and showings were right on the head. All types of advertisement or promotion used made the house and grounds made the house look fantastic. Her manner in handling the period from contract negotiations and closing were problem free for me. I believe her knowledge of the area is the best and cannot be topped by any other realtor. I highly recommend Natalie as a realtor.
